About Silverlake Ramen
Located at 511 Spectrum Center Dr Ste 511, Irvine, CA 92618, Silverlake Ramen operates as a ramen serving Irvine in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Irvine, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9:45 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Silverlake Ramen at (949) 932-0295; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is silverlakeramen.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

My go to! Food typically comes out fast, and it’s consistent. And DAVID is the best! Deserves a raise✨! Might be the nicest server i’ve ever met. I come here regularly, and have interacted with many staff members & he’s always super friendly & attentive, and even started remembering our faces haha. I noticed some people complained about the potion sizes, idk how that’s possible bc i’m someone who can eat a LOT and 1 ramen def fills me up. I tried to use my hand for scale, but the pics don’t do it justice… Also, yes the wait times can be long during peak hours, but you’re at the irvine spectrum mall, so it’s never been an issue for me personally bc i just put my name down & then go do something else while i wait. There’s so much to see/do at this mall! Anyway huge shoutout to David, and this place is worth it - so you should def try!

A nice ramen restaurant that serves lots of different types of ramen as well as rice and side dishes. The quality of the broth was great, very tasty and delicious. However the portions are quite small. They use the classic trick of having a huge bowl but very small volume at the bottom. They only serve a small piece of pork as well. Staff are all friendly and helpful, and they have lots of seating both indoor and outdoor.

I had the garlic truffle ramen, my son had the classic and we both liked mine better but both were delicious!!! It's definitely enough to fill you up for sure.

Visited Silverlake Ramen at Irvine Spectrum and overall it was a solid experience, mainly carried by how good the food is. Let’s start with the highlight — the ramen itself. Absolutely delicious. The broth is rich and full of flavor, the noodles are cooked just right, and the portions are generous. You can tell they put real effort into the quality of the food. Everything tasted fresh, well-balanced, and satisfying. If you’re going purely for the ramen, you won’t be disappointed at all. The location is also great — being in Irvine Spectrum gives it a lively atmosphere, and it’s a nice spot to sit down after walking around. The restaurant has a modern, casual vibe, and overall it feels like a place you’d want to hang out in. That said, the service is where things fall short a bit. It was noticeably slow from the moment we sat down to getting our order taken and eventually receiving the food. Even when the restaurant didn’t seem overly busy, there was still a bit of a wait. On top of that, the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. Nothing negative or rude, but just lacking warmth and engagement, which makes a difference in the overall experience. I think

The food was excellent across the board and the prices were great as well. The fried gyoza was cooked perfectly and paired with a delicious sauce, and the sushi was fresh and well executed. From a food standpoint, everything we ordered was spot-on. That said, as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades, the service fell a bit short of the overall quality of the meal. While the servers were friendly and apologetic, several items we requested were forgotten and had to be corrected after the fact, which disrupted the flow of the dining experience. One of my biggest service pet peeves was the lack of share plates for the appetizers. When a table orders multiple apps to share, plates should be offered automatically. Instead, we waited several minutes while the appetizers sat in front of us, which created an awkward pause in the experience. The staff was kind and professional, and they still earned a tip, though not my usual 30% due to these service gaps. With a bit more proactivity and attention to detail, the service could easily match the high quality of the food
